Cooperatives Cabinet Secretary Wycliffe Ambetsa Oparanya on Wednesday paid a courtesy call to National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetang’ula, where they held discussions on a range of critical issues related to governance, legislative cooperation, and the development of Western Kenya.
